Services Description

WaveSide Hackensack Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and replacement services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, sidewalks, stamped concrete, and decorative concrete work. All services are performed by licensed and insured professionals following industry standards and local building codes.

Quotes and Estimates

We provide free estimates for all projects. Quotes are based on the information you provide and our site assessment. Final pricing may vary if project scope changes or if unexpected site conditions are discovered during work. We will communicate any necessary adjustments to you before proceeding with additional work. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. We typically require a deposit to schedule your project and secure materials, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and credit cards. Final payment is due when the project is complete and you are satisfied with the work. Any outstanding balances not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to late fees.

Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects on time and within the estimated schedule provided. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site complications. We will keep you informed of any delays and work diligently to minimize disruptions to your schedule. Your cooperation in providing site access and removing obstacles will help ensure timely completion.

Warranty and Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. All labor is warranted for one year from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Concrete is a natural material that may develop minor hairline cracks over time, which are considered normal and are not covered by warranty. We will work with you to address any legitimate concerns about our workmanship.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area and marking any underground utilities or irrigation systems. Please remove vehicles, outdoor furniture, and other items from the work area before we arrive. You should also ensure that pets are secured during our work hours. It is your responsibility to obtain any necessary permits or HOA approvals before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

WaveSide Hackensack Concrete carries full liability insurance for all work performed. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. In the unlikely event of damage to your property during our work, we will work with you and our insurance provider to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund of any deposit, minus any materials already ordered. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start date may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and preparation costs.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
